umm no not pollution art!
Although a little unusual, this is art. The artist needs to display his art in a proper place though. A wall of a tunnel turns it into graffiti. If you are trying to get a point across, have a art show.
I do believe this is graffiti!
Technically he didn't put skulls "on the wall", but he symbolized them purposefully (I guess is the best way to say that)!!
its a hard question if its graffiti because the videos called reverse graffiti, but yet he try's not to get caught by the cops, and makes skulls, and in the end it all gets washed down the drain. so their is one explanation for this, cool art, and a waste of spary-whatever he used on those socks.:|
No way this is not grafitti hes doing the city a favor by cleaning off the dirty walls and its an interesting thing to see on your way to work through the tunnel and your in a traffic jam its ART!
"12. skilled workmanship, execution, or agency, as distinguished from nature.
13. trickery; cunning: glib and devious art."
-are two deffinitions of art found in The Websters dictionary. According to these deffinitions, if I felt skill was applied that this would be art. And even depending on the context of th word "art" it may mean the artists art of trickory in preforming the act of making the skulls.
