Teens lifting weights

We have noticed an increase in boys pumping iron and trying to bulk up by drinking protien shakes... healthy or dangerous?

Well, as long as they don't over do it and make sure to take a break between work outs every now and then, I say healthy. We are always encouraging kids to work out and eat healthy and stay fit. So why question it?
