Lying
Is not telling the whole story considered lying?

It depends if you leave something out that would hurt the person, then yeah, its wrong.
Yes! Many people think that not saying the whole story isn't lying...but I, infact, think it is!
Not telling the whole story can mislead whoever the punisher is to a different plan of action or view on the problem. The regular form of lying would do the same!
uhmm it depends on who or what its about. i mean if your fighting with someone it would be bad to leave stuff outt. like so thats lying but if your just leaving something outt thats not important i think thats finee.
Well it depends on the case. Relivant information and key facts being left out IS lying where as useless info. being left out saves confusion from occuring and cuts down the chance of being accused of acting upon lies.
Nobody ever tells the whole story to something. To me, its def. not lying cause your telling the person the story. But if your missing out whats important in the story... then yes!
